If your order is cancelled by us after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
Payment
Full payment must be received before any order is processed or dispatched.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under our Returns Policy.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items may have estimated release dates which are subject to change by manufacturers or distributors. Delays outside of our control may occur.
Customers may request cancellation of pre-orders before dispatch unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

By purchasing mystery boxes or mystery products, customers acknowledge and accept that contents are randomised and may vary between orders.
Pricing Errors
In the event of an obvious pricing mistake or website error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders even after payment has been received. Customers will be notified and refunded in full.
