Trading Card Game (TCG) Return Policy

Due to the collectible nature of Trading Card Game products, all sales are considered final once opened.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened and sealed items only.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
• Seals and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened Pokémon packs, booster boxes, tins, ETBs, or mystery boxes
• Individual trading cards
• Graded cards
• Products damaged after opening
• Mystery products once opened

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and items received

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the order will fall under the standard return policy above.
